IMVU Black Market: Rare Items, Trading and Staying Safe

Heads up: IMVU Only does not run, link to or broker any black market. This section explains how the scene works and how to stay safe. The only official way to buy and resell rare items on IMVU is the Limited Edition (LE) shop.

The “IMVU black market” is the unofficial trade in rare items, cheap credits and accounts that happens outside IMVU, mostly on Discord. People go there for discontinued items and old accounts, but there is no protection if a deal goes wrong. Here is how it works, what it costs you when it fails, and the official way to buy rare items.
