An IMVU gift card is a prepaid code you redeem on IMVU for credits or VIP. You can buy one online with email delivery or as a physical card in stores, usually for $10, $25 or $50.
Where to buy an IMVU gift card
- Online gift card shops with email delivery, such as dundle and Staples
- Retail stores that sell game cards in your country
- Buy only from known stores. Codes sold cheap by strangers are often already used or bought with stolen cards.
How to redeem an IMVU gift card
- Go to IMVU’s gift card page at imvu.com/prepaidcard and log in.
- Scratch the gray coating on the back of the card to reveal the code. For an email card, copy the code from the email.
- Enter the code and click Redeem.
- Wait for the confirmation. Your credits, and any bonus items that come with the card, are added to your account.
You can also use a gift card to pay for a VIP subscription.
My IMVU gift card code does not work
Most of the time the card was not activated at the register. Take it back to the store and ask them to activate it. If it still fails, ask the store for a replacement: IMVU says it cannot give a warranty on gift cards, so the store is the one that fixes it.
If you redeemed the card for the wrong product, contact IMVU support right away by ticket or, for VIP members, live chat.
