How to pick a seller

• Want zero risk? Buy in IMVU’s credit store or use an official gift card.
• Want a better price? Pick a seller that delivers by gift and lets you pay after you confirm.
• Never give your password to a seller. Credits can be sent to your avatar name alone.
• Too cheap is a red flag. Credits far below store price are often bought with stolen cards, and IMVU reverses them and can disable the account that received them.

How credit delivery works

Sellers who do not ask for your password use IMVU’s own gifting: they send credits with Send a Gift, or buy items from your wishlist. Both accounts need a verified email to send and receive credits. Read how credit gifting works.
