What is Derive & Earn?
On IMVU, a derivable product is one its creator lets others build on. You take the mesh, put your own textures on it and sell the result in the Catalog under your name. You never touch a 3D program: everything happens in Create Mode or IMVU Studio with images you make in any editor.
It is the fastest way to open an IMVU shop. The trade-off is that part of every sale goes to the original creator, so your price has to be planned. Part 3 shows how.
