Gothic Library Table

A real antique, scanned straight from a museum. This carved side table comes from a gothic library collection, with its worn walnut top, swan-neck legs and turned centre post. It arrives dressed with a fabric-shade table lamp and an open book, so it looks lived in the moment you place it. Perfect for libraries, studies, vintage parlours and moody gothic rooms.

Why creators like it

• Photo-real texture. The wood grain, wear marks, brass lamp base and handwritten pages come from a photo scan of the real piece, not a painted texture.
• Three items in one. Table, lamp and book are a single product, so it fills a corner on its own.
• Simple to upload. One mesh, two materials and a step-by-step guide for Create Mode.
• Pairs well. Place it next to the Old Kensington Chesterfield for an instant old-money library.

What’s in the download

• Mesh (.xmf), table, lamp and book, about 20,000 triangles
• Skeleton (.xsf) and idle animation (.xaf)
• 2 material files (.xrf) and textures, 1024 px PNG
• Upload guide, credit line and preview renders

How to use it

1. In IMVU Create Mode, derive a new furniture product from a furniture base item.
2. Load the skeleton (.xsf) in Config and the mesh (.xmf) in Mesh.
3. Put table.png on material 0 and bulb.png on material 1.
4. Add the idle animation, preview and submit.
